Start with the order shape

There is no useful universal winner.

A one-off photo tee, 30 school shirts and 500 embroidered uniforms need different production methods and supplier systems. This comparison starts with fit, then checks what each provider actually publishes. Nine providers are Singapore entities. BISHH is a Malaysia-based provider serving Singapore online.

Choose the process

Five printing methods in plain language

01

Screen printing

Repeated artwork in medium or larger quantities

Setup is colour dependent, so it usually becomes more economical as the same design quantity rises.

02

DTF or heat transfer

Small batches and full-colour artwork

Ask about transfer feel, printable area, wash care and whether artwork preparation is included.

03

DTG

One-offs and detailed prints on compatible cotton garments

Garment fibre, colour and pretreatment affect the result. Request the exact blank specification.

04

Dye sublimation

Polyester sportswear and all-over designs

Often used with custom garment panels. Lead times and minimums can differ from ready-stock shirts.

05

Embroidery

Logos on polos, caps, jackets and uniforms

Compare digitising charges, stitch count, backing and sample approval rather than only the unit price.
