Corrections

Facts change. The source trail stays open.

The correction process protects readers from stale details and protects businesses from errors tied to the wrong entity.

01

Check the exact record

A correction starts with the exact business, outlet, licence, programme or place. Similar names are not enough. The official source should identify the same entity shown in the guide.

02

Keep evidence with the change

Useful reports include the page URL, disputed sentence, current source and the date observed. For a supplier statement, a public page or written company confirmation is preferred.

03

Fix material errors visibly

A change that affects eligibility, price context, safety, licensing or the guide’s conclusion updates the visible checked date and the relevant caveat.

04

Do not hide unresolved conflicts

When two official pages disagree, the article records the conflict and asks readers to confirm. Silence is not used to manufacture certainty.

05

Current contact status

A public corrections inbox has not yet been connected to this launch edition. Until it is, use the source links in each guide to verify urgent facts directly with the responsible agency or provider.
